By downloading, installing, or using LangLens you agree to these Terms of Service, the End User License Agreement, and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not download, install, or use the app or website. Continued use constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms.

What LangLens is

LangLens is a macOS application that lets you select text on your screen and read its translation in a floating bubble. Text recognition runs on your Mac. Translation requires a network connection to a third-party service. For details, see the Privacy Policy.

What you can do

You may download and use LangLens free of charge for personal and professional purposes on Mac computers you own or control.

No copying or reuse

LangLens and every part of it may not be copied, reproduced, reused, redistributed, republished, sublicensed, sold, rented, lent, modified, adapted, decompiled, reverse engineered, or otherwise exploited in any way, shape, or form, by any means or in any medium, without prior written permission. All rights reserved.

What you cannot do

In addition to the restrictions above, you may not use LangLens for any unlawful purpose or in any way that infringes the rights of others.

Translation service

Translation is provided through a third-party machine-translation service and may change, become unavailable, or return inaccurate results at any time. LangLens makes no guarantee about translation quality, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose.

No warranty

LangLens is provided as-is without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose. Use it at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LangLens and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or website. This includes but is not limited to data loss, loss of revenue, or loss of business.

Changes to the service

We may update, modify, or discontinue LangLens at any time without notice. We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Use entirely at your own risk

You use LangLens and this website entirely at your own risk. By downloading, installing, or using LangLens you agree not to bring any claim, action, or proceeding against the operator or the tool in any court or tribunal. Any such claim will not be entertained. If you do not accept this, do not use LangLens.
