End User License Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using LangLens you accept the terms of this End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

License grant

LangLens grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, free-of-charge license to install and use LangLens on Mac computers you own or control, subject to the terms of this agreement and nothing more.

Ownership

LangLens and all intellectual property rights in it remain the exclusive property of its operator. All rights reserved. This agreement grants you a license to use the software, not ownership of it. Nothing in this agreement transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

No copying or reuse

You may not copy, reproduce, reuse, redistribute, republish, sublicense, sell, rent, lend, modify, adapt, translate, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit LangLens or any part of it in any way, shape, or form, by any means or in any medium, without prior written permission.

Restrictions

You may not:

• remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on LangLens;
• use LangLens to build a competing product;
• transfer your rights under this agreement to any third party.

Permitted use

You may use LangLens for personal and professional purposes on Mac computers you own or control, within the limits of this agreement.

Updates

LangLens may deliver updates. These updates may add, modify, or remove features. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach any term of this agreement. Upon termination you must delete all copies of LangLens from your devices.

No warranty

LangLens is provided as-is. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the software including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of LangLens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the software.

Use entirely at your own risk

You use LangLens entirely at your own risk. By downloading, installing, or using LangLens you agree not to bring any claim, action, or proceeding against the operator or the tool in any court or tribunal. Any such claim will not be entertained. If you do not accept this, do not use LangLens.
